Meet our Borrower: Citywide Land & Development, LLC. Joining us from Citywide is Addison Thom and Preston Despenas.

Preston Despenas has nearly 20 years in Brokerage, Management, Development, Conversion, Finance, SDIRA Real Estate, Wealth Planning, Complex Asset Analysis, and Nationwide Market Evaluation. 

Since starting in Real Estate Development in 2012, Addison Thom has acquired, designed, built, stabilized and sold over one billion in commercial, residential, and multifamily real estate including land and subdivision development. Currently, he continues to build and grow market share in the commercial and build to rent residential markets of Nevada, Illinois, Texas, and North Carolina.

SDIRA Wealth is the parent company of Citywide Land & Development, LLC which was established as the land banking arm of the company. SDIRA Wealth has a long history in West Texas of developing and building hundreds of residential units which are then sold to their investors as rental properties. Operating as a turnkey real estate investment firm, SDIRA has sold over 500 units since beginning operations about six years ago.
