Brock E Metzka, Owner of Edward Homes Inc., discusses current and upcoming projects at Edward Homes. Brock Metzka has 20 years of real estate development and general contracting experience. Edward Homes has successfully operated in the Nye and Clark County areas for over 15 years. Edward Homes specializes in commercial and residential custom design and architecture, improvements and land development. Mr. Metzka began as a contractor, building over 400 custom to semi-custom residential homes with home prices ranging from $175,000-$5,900,000. Brock E. Metzka LLC, Bullhead Care, LLC, Phoenix Care Partners and Lake Las Vegas 24, LLC are all owned and operated by Mr. Metza. This experience in developing and building high demand multi-family and commercial projects has led Mr. Metzka into another high demand area, real estate for healthcare. Edward Homes has been working with Ignite Funding since 2016.
